Emergency lights aside, Most of the Newer SUV and cars like Bm's,audi's and Merc's have daytime running Lights fitted from factory, These people are not 'Trying' to be VIP's its the nature of the car from factory and most of the 'Parking Lights' Idk wtf you are on about parking lights but most of the Suv's like Land Cruisers, Montero's, BMW x5's use daytime running lights and I'm pretty sure even if they are not 'VIP' they have enough political connections to fuck your life up if you try to mess with them to an Extent so best is to let them use their vehicles as they possess its their car their petrol. You should just mind your own business and Ride your Motor bike to work with out trying to be dismissive towards these people and work hard may be one day you will too be able to Drive a Suv or Car with 'parking Lights' turned on at the day time.
