Why We cant receive money from PAYPAL???

Anyone know why Sri lankan paypal accounts cant receive money from other accounts ???

I heard that bangladesh can't even pay with paypal (heard from a friend in bangladesh)

You can use Skrill (Moneybookers) instead. There are quite a few good online services accept Skrill as a payment method. I'm going to start a new thread on this subject
