Wi'less Dongle Problem

My dad bought a prolink phs300 dongle. Bought from an E'salat agent, but it is a locked dongle. Did nt buy a package with the dongle. Just bought ONLY dongle.

I tried entering a code given by a makerting ppl from a different place that code did not work for the different SIM (not E'salat sim).

So the code is 16 digit length, I am wondering whether I should enter the code of the SIM card.

I tried downloading unlock programs but some file is missing and I am too scared to use without any guarantee!!!

Please can somebody help me with this???

just give a call to the Etisalat customer care and ask them to for the unlock code. they will give you the code if only they had mentioned it is a unlocked one when you are buying..........
