SSE starts from 320K but maximum is 450K, last interview will be with Bimal Gunapala and HR i dont think u will have technical

LOL , 320K ? I don't think so. even mora IT people whom I know got around 230K.

I faced 3 rd interview and failed. interviewed by head of engineering. about 2 hours. 1.45 hours technical only. that day was a bad day for me. should have been with HR, and Head of engineering and boss. somehow they missed that day so I was forced to do the interview with head of SE.

I had 1st interveiw via phone and second one technical with the client. so the 3rd one also technical

Senior SE for php, do you know the salary scale?

SSE can be anywhere from 180k (Lowest i have seen) and 450K , also depenidng on your current salary
they will not give more than 100% increment

got a offer for TL position 400k 2years back when they started operations in SL. (didn't join, got a better offer else where)
People work there seems nice. Had two interviews. one with a VP from US(skype) mostly talked about technical stuff. then with Bemal if i remember correctly.
