proficiency is not your most commonly used word on a forum and informal language. so this sure as hell won't make sense to Wimal Weerawansa who will no doubt need a dictionary..... for his benefit and maybe for others who don't know the word. It's like saying to err is human but for catastrophe use a dictionary.....

proficiency is not .... commonly used + informal (not informal...it is formal) ado this is a forum where most of the stuff is light hearted humor.
