Your version of ATI Catalyst Control Center isn't compatible with this version of Windows.
To solve this problem, go online to your PC manufacturer's website and search for ATI Catalyst Control Center updates.
http://www.elakiri.com/forum/#here Catalyst Control Center is a set of tools provided by AMD (formerly ATI) to use with their display drivers. It gives you more control over your video adapter beyond what’s provided by Windows. In most cases you don't need this software for your PC to work.
Important
You must install a Windows 8 compatible display driver, especially for PCs with hybrid graphics. Installing a Windows 7 hybrid graphics driver on Windows 8 will result in system instability, including crashes and hangs.
If you're unable to install an update for ATI Catalyst Control Center, we recommend that you remove it from your PC using the following steps:
http://www.elakiri.com/forum/#here Hybrid graphics are typically found in laptops or all-in-one PCs. To see if your system is running a hybrid graphics driver:
-
Tap or click to open Device Manager
- Double-tap or double-click Display adapters.
- If you see multiple adapters listed (for example two AMD devices, or one AMD and one Intel device) your system has hybrid graphics.
- If you have a single adapter, your system doesn't have hybrid graphics.
At this time, Microsoft doesn't have hybrid graphics drivers for AMD parts on Windows Update, and they aren't available on the AMD website. You'll need to get a Windows 8 compatible hybrid driver from your PC manufacturer. If this driver doesn't exist, we recommend that you use a non-hybrid driver, which might result in some loss of performance or functionality. Most notably, the external monitor port won't function on some laptops.
