Wireless internet help needed

Hey Guys I'm looking for a Wireless router. How much will it cost?
Do I have to connect it to one computer all the time so other computers can use internet?

Do we have to connect a Modem to the router too?

I'm not sure about the brands that they have in SL
but Netgear /Netcomm/ Belkin are some good brand names for routers..

no you don't have to leave it connected to a computer to make it work, u only need to do that when you set it up for the first time.after that disconnect the Ethernet cable and use it.

and if your new device is only a router,u will have to leave it connected to the modem all the time
