it doesn't matter how many hours a week you work as long as you get the work done right ?

minimum 32 hrs per week for full time workers, not sure about part time worker requirements, but should be well below 32 hrs.

what are the duties/responsibilities of an employee here ?

Main duty is to Complete the assigned projects on time with high level of accuracy.
