World crude prices sink below $100, first time in many months

Wildly fluctuating world crude oil prices sank to $99.72 on Tuesday, falling for the first time below the $100 per barrel mark for the Brent variety, Central Bank statistics show.
On Monday it was pegged at $103.62 per barrel while on Friday it was up at $117.91. The OPEC Basket was trading at $99.72. In the Singapore Refined Products market, petrol was trading at $108.30, diesel at $120.20 and kerosene at $124.10.
