anw.. it's animated as u can see n there's tiny leaves gettin blown in da wind.. wich reminds me of da violent storms on da surface of dis big blue planet..
da biggest of all storms is called da "Great dark spot" (like da great red spot of jupitor) it's about da size of da earth..!
so i ges dis wud symbolise Neptune.. to sm extent..
oh n da name 'Neptune'.. well.. according to Greek n Roman mythology..
