I am a new user and I was able to submit 20 tasks only!
On your first day you will be able to submit 20 tasks, then you will have to wait for Employers to rate you. It usually happens in 24 hours but sometimes it can take more. Once you have finished 10 tasks or more, that limit will be higher. You will be able to accept more jobs per day.
How to maintain high success ratio?
Make sure to accept only tasks you can finish. It is not smart to submit proof if your work will not be accepted by Employer. In this case your Success rate will drop.
What to do if I get misrated?
If an Employer misrated you, open task details page and click on
"Submit a Complain" link to report. We will check it out.
My Success rate is low - what can I do?
You have to wait for couple of days so that Not-Satisfied tasks slip out of the list - your Success rate will increase again.
Success rate = (Satisfied vs Not-Satisfied tasks + Not-Rated tasks) in a period of last 60 days.
