Here is how to do it
1)Think that you want to lock a folder,which is named as 'yazir'.
2)Then open a text document and type the following command
ren yazir yazir.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}
3)Then save the text document as Locker.bat
4)Again open a new text document and type the following command.
ren yazir.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} yazir
5)Save the above file as Key.bat
6)when you you want hide the folder,which is named as yazir,run the locker.bat and that folder will convert in to control panel...
7)when you want to open the hidden folder run key.bat file...
8)You can also convert that folder in to My computer,Recycle bin and also IE...the commands are

Recyle Bin: .{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
