    Try these Steps...U'll Find Nothing upsets After Doing these Ok...!!

    Stop Every Activity...Open IE or FF3 or what ever u Use...
    THen Clear Temperary Internet Files And Cookies As well...
    THen Restart IE or FF3....U'll find it A little bit Slow to Load in the Begining bcoz now u have Deleted the Temparary Internet Files..!!

    But in few Minutes u r Done to the Expected Speed..

    And Remember to Maintain Like this Periodically Ok...Better Use TuneUp Utilities 2008...

    I also Use it As Many More Users Use it...:D
