ok here is what you should do.. stop the download when the speed is 0 kbps.
then right hand click on the file name at idm and select refresh download adress. then it will open a new web page where u started the vid download. then it will automatically recapture the dl link.. if not, then when the web page opens select the download with idm butten again. then the link will be gained by the idm/...
then resume the download! I hope this helps your problem!
