Well what can I say about the Toyota Corolla 100 Series? Lots. The Toyota Corolla 100 Series is well known especially in Sri Lanka particularly for its appearance, efficiency, reliability & Toyota Lanka spirit 
Having seen a variety of vehicles both old and new on our roads today, it brings great happiness when I see these vehicles which did the best for our country in the past and still even today.

To be more specific I should say Toyota Corolla AE100 & CE100
. Mentioning appearance, these models deliver a classy look which demonstrate a simple, yet attractive design, which has been well engineered by Toyota I must admit . 
When compared to new arrival models of not only Corolla, but even some cars from other makes, vehicles of the 90s thoroughly maintained the shape of a car.
As newer cars are manufactured they are losing their shape due to design rules set to comply with aerodynamics, fuel efficiency and other motor standards set by manufacturers. 
The way I think of it is like this... the newer the car the more it looks like plastic and artificial

As mentioned previously these models are prone to be excellent on fuel consumption
. They particularly come with a 1300cc, 1500cc or JDM 1800cc engine displacement with EFI (1800cc for some Domestic Models). 
Touching on reliability and efficiency earlier on, these vehicles are still to be seen on our roads in Sri Lanka today clearly because they still have plenty of life left in them, especially if maintained well.
Furthermore, they are known to have a great second-hand market value due to both its unique history and running efficiency. Personally I ask myself what more can I expect from a masterpiece like this?
