How do I get system info like this on Ubuntu?

I'm not sure about Ubuntu (Gnome). You could do this using KDE 4.x with any Linux distribution.
May be possible with Gnome 3. Since I'm a KDE user I know you could do this by Kubuntu.

and i don't know much about ubuntu (using fedora). So don't ask me how to do it.

NO No no............ what I mean is a tool to scrub the free space so that the data can't be retrieved by software for free space and deleted files..... Like ccleaner does for windowz.... I hope I'm clear.........
