Its annoying and disappointing when they do not release new versions of the android os to different android phone models ( specially the older ones). I have a samsung and its like they release an android phone every month and they seems to have totally forgotten certain released models after few months !

I saw something CM7 about gingerbread but still kinda not sure whether I should touch it or not since theres some hacking and cracking stuff seems to be involved in getting it installed. :) But now Ill be selling what I currently have and planning to buy something with gingerbread preinstalled.

but ban gingerbread eats your ram like hell :dull: thats why im using a MIUI ROM
fast , lagfixed and lots of customizations.
with glich kernal u can do up to freaking 1.6GHz lolz , im currenly at 1.2GHz :)
and also it can tweak ur GPU up to 275~300MHz ( @200 stock)
there are other very good ROMs too, u can try them one by one and find you fit :P
