I don't think so. Whenever authentic Hadis is quoted it is quoted with the script. For example, an authentic hadis would be quoted as "**** Hadis ****" Buhary : Chapter : Verse. So anyone can refer it and read the interpretations (of meaning) of these hadis
Whatever is not quoted in that proper way cannot be taken as authentic. Ex-Muslim Ahmed is either a person who was never a Muslim pretending to be an Ex or he is indeed an Ex-Muslim who has a serious grudge against Islam and Muslims for whatever the reason. So don't take everything in its face value as he says, but challenge him to quote the source always
