Yes World can not recieve it but by the power of the holy spirit we can recieved it these fellows have no idea about fallen nature of man some people are chosen not all, since you have no abnormility you have to make your choice so becarefull

but do dont worry about those special cases rather you show mercy on them, then you will become worthy to recieve his mercy
Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy - Jesus Christ (Son of GOD)
