C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Microsoft Office\Microsoft Office Tools
then find the "Microsoft Office Picture Manager"
open your image through this application -> then right click on it -> properties ->
on the right side you can see its details if you want to see even more just expand it by clicking on the more button.
