Now the season has started
you can see whales near mirissa area until end of the march !
a boat will take 4000-6000 LKR per person to go on a journey
i've experienced it begging of this year and it's memorable

Well, we went for whale watching last wednesday.. It was amazing and obviously memorable.. But unfortunately we couldn't see the whales closely and also dolphins because the sea was rough and they couldn't shut down the engines of the ship.. Better luck for next time..
