bcs kerala vertusa,MIT,JKCS,MASS wala hoda jobs kerana aya one tharum innawa.. IT industry eke wadagath wenne skill eka machan.Minimum degree eka kohen kerath ekaki.
problem solving skills,team work,moral,coding practice elatama tiyeanwanum aniva company eken hoda salary ekak gewanawa.
If u spot the light on you, you will get good opportunities.

BCS kiyanne degree equivalent ekak.UGC eken approve kerala tiyenawa eka degree ekak kiyala.. BCS,B.sc,SLIIT witharak kerala madi bun issarahata yanna.M.Sc ekath aniva kerapan..
BCS 2years walin ganna puluwan.Project eka aniva kerapan.. Ita passe jobak kerana gaman puluwan tharum ikmanata M.Sc ekak kerapan.. ethakota 4years walin degree & M.Sc dekama tiyeanwa..

IT field eke BCS anith degree wagema recognize keranawa machan. Experience eken kiyanne.

Network Security/ Cyber Security ppl didnt get paid enough. (In SL)
So they moved to development or networking jobs.

Seems DB (Oracle) is a good move these days.

Support services are getting a high value in the industry these days. (Most companies are offering 24/7 support as a value added service now)
So ppl in support services are getting good opportunities than others these days.

Most people moves to Singapore easily with 3 years exp. Some fresh grads also moved and salary started from 1000 Singa Dollers. (Need a degree and professional qualifications)
