    I copied following from a forum. I haven't tested on my own. Anyway, worth giving a try.

    1) Download and extract the files.

    2) Execute the "Adobe Acrobat 10.1.2 Pro X" app.
    Click on "checkhosts"
    click "next"
    select your language, then "next", and "next".

    3) Select your installation preferences.
    I would disable "ARM Services" as this is a silent install of updates.
    Myself personally I will not disable updates.
    Up to you on that one.
    Once done click next.

    And now working Adobe Acrobat Pro X v10.1.2
    (You can use the "Adobe Acrobat 10.1.2 Pro X" app, and check that your host file was not changed by your AV.)
