This is a warning and I am wrting this beacause i don't want any one getting in to trouble like me.
Never ever think to hand over your note book here. If you are tired to read the story below
In simple and sweet: NEVER EVER GIVE YOUR LAPTOP TO THEM.
I had a mother board failure on my notebook which just passed a year so the warranty is over
Softlogic gave me a quote of 71k (Replacement of board) which is absurd to continue. So i was looking for alternative.
Normally I don't like to repair things other than the Authorized people in Srilanka. But i cudn't get
the motherboard localy to repair my self.
So one of my Friend who recomended this place as good to deal with them. I got their no and i was calling them
That Girl just kept the phone 2 times. I think she didn't understnad what i spoke. Again i took the call and spoke in
sinhala which is not my native language. Then i went and gave my lap. On the first day i've noticed i came to a wrong place
but since my frnd recomended it i gave. he said It can be repaired and it will cost 10000/= I said ok.
Then i went after 3 days to collect it. and payed the amount. It just worked one day i got the same problem. I think they might have reset the
CMOS and gave it back. I dont know what they have done it just worked there only.
They were on holiday for two weeks coz of New year. so i cudn't contact them. After the New year when go back
They said motherboard must be replaced and he said it will cost 23k. I said no problem. But he told in phone earlier

. This fellow doesn't care what he spoke. I said ok do it. He said it will take a month
After a month when i go their they asked me to come after 2 weeks. After the two weeks when i call he said
since the US doller gone high i canceled orders. Now it will cost 23k do you want to order. That was the figure
i accpeted for in the begining. I don't know what this guy(bossa of the company) up to. Then i said i'm collecting my laptop and 10k back. He said ok but
come tomorow. when i go next day he said accountant isn't there come tomrow.
When i go next day the person there asking me another 10000 for the order placement though you didn't going to get. I got furious and shouted
that you have to pay me my advance and about the conversatoin with bossa yesterday. Then he become bit cool since there are other customers at the
area for them to scavenge / steal.He is asking a receipt for what i paid.which they didn't give. I said you only gave this work sheet (Which really mention the amount i paid). Then finaly he talked with boss, Checked lot of books to prove what paid. Thanks for the Girl their who supported me there showing those
prove to that idiot. (This was the same Girl who disconnected my call twice at the begining).
Then agreed to refund 6000/=. I didn't know for what they charged for the balance 4000/=. any way i got my lap
safty. But lot of screws are missing. All the parts were there luckyly but I don't know if they have changed same model processor or some thing which
is difficult to know in a non working laptop.
* That boss just speak to end the call or conversation next day he don't know what he said and he even say i din't talk
* They are not doing a business their amounts changes fast. and their goal is $$$
* When i did a lttl research i found They are living only in Cheating and Scavenging parts not in repairing business.
* But still their are customers in their shop incluiding foreigners. But i think they are still trying to collecting their laptop / money back
* No one go their 2nd time unless to collect their things back
I just writing this in order to keep you to be aware of these culprits..
