I have gone there once or twice, just to buy a keyboard etc., the thing about them is, they have so many boys to help but none helps you unless you pull them by hand and plead them. That too in a very bossy manner. Normally I go in slippers and a t shirt, no excecutive looks, and that falls below their line of admiration as a customer. They serve those posh looking people only. The other thing is about the cashier. A girl, maybe the owner's daughter, treats customers as she owns them. No smile, arrogent look, and all the rest of it.

I am dealing with Tech zone, PCH, Barclays and Asian com. for over 10 years now. Tech Zone gives a better service to their customers when it's in the terms of warranty claims.

products නම් හොඳයි.. service එකත් හොඳයි. එත් warranty claim ගියාම සැහෙන කාලයක් ගන්නවනේ.
මගේ mother board එකක් දීල 3 weeks යනකම් හම්බ උනේ නෑ. අන්තිමට අඳුරන එකෙක් සෙට් වෙලා අලුත් එකක් අරන් දුන්න.

මුනුත් හොරු නම් මචන් එකෙක් වත් Unity යන්න එපා..හොර වැඩ අඩුවෙන්ම කලේ මුන්..මුන්ගේ අවුල උනේ Warranty නැති Hp ලැක්ටොක් විකිනපු එක තමයි...වී.ජී.ඒ. එකක් ගන්නව නම් ගාන වැඩියෙන් ගියත් මුන්ගෙන් ගන්න එක හොදා කියලයි ඒ දවස් වල කියුවේ..හනේ මන්දා
