Degree එක ඉවර උනාට පස්සෙ (4th year එකෙන් පස්සෙ) කෙලින්ම SE විදියට ගන්නවා. Virtusa එකේම training නොහිටියට අවුලක් නෑ කොහොමත් මොකක් හරි company එකක training ඉඳලා තියෙන හින්දා. එහෙම ගන්න කට්ටියට තමා මෙතන කියලා තියෙන පඩි දෙන්නෙ.

Virtusa එකේ නම් ඔය කිව්ව ගනන් තමා ගෙවන්නෙ. Training 8000 (මම දන්න විදියට මේක ලඟදි ඉඳන් 10 කරලා. ඊට පස්සෙ 35 වගේ ගානක්)

අනිත් company කීයක් ගෙවනවද කියලා මම දන්නෙ නෑ බං. MIT, Virtusa වගේ ගොඩක් කට්ටිය නෑනෙ ඒක හින්දා ආරංචි එනවා අඩුයි.

PS - ගොඩක් කට්ටිය Virtusa එකට බනිනවා degree එක තියෙන SLIIT එකේ කෙනෙක්ට 10 දීලා වැඩ ගන්නවා කියලා. මොරටුවෙ අය compulsory 6 months training කරන්න ඕනෙ. ඒ කාලෙදි මොරටුවෙ අයට ලැබෙන්නෙත් 10 තමා.

ඊට පස්සෙ කරන දේවල් එක්ක නම් මම එකඟ නැහැ.

අපට Senior Batch එකේ අක්කා කෙනෙකුත් ඉන්නවා Exetel Scholar එක තියෙන. ඕනනම් Course එක Weekend දාලා Trainee කෙනෙක් විදිහට Job එකට යන්නත් පුලුවන්. පඩියකුත් ගෙවනවා(ගනන් මිනුම් නම් දන්නේ නෑ).

ඒත මට හිතාගන්න බෑ බං Virtusa Rs.8000ට වැඩ ගන්නේ මොකද කියලා..

එහෙම එකක් කියලා කියන්න බෑ නේද. IFS එක පඩි අතින් පස්සෙ හොඳ වෙනවද නම් දන්නෙ නෑ පටන් ගන්න කොට නම් විශේෂ හොඳක් නැහැ. නිදහසේ වැඩ ටික කරගෙන ඉන්න පුලුවන් 5.30 ට පස්සෙ වැඩ ඉවරයි වෙන තැන්වල වගේ මහ රෑ කටු කන්න ඕනෙ නැහැ.

කෑමත් නිකන්ද කොහෙද. ශුවර් නැහැ. hrm ගෙන් වැඩි විස්තර දැන ගන්න.

මොරටුවෙ උන්ගෙ thinking ability + hard work වලට තමා මම හිතන්නෙ ගන්නවා ඇත්තෙ. ඔය company වලින් කරන වැඩ වලට analytical skill එක ටිකක් වැඩියෙන් ඕනා. කලින් මොරටුවෙන් ගත්ත අය හොඳට perform කරලා තිබීමත් ඒකට එක හේතුවක් මම හිතන්නෙ.

8000 වැඩ කරන කාලෙ පඩිය නෙමේනෙ training එකට දෙන allowance එකනෙ. ඒක ඉතින් කාටත් එකයි මොන company එකේ උනත් එකයි.

මොරටුවෙ උන්ගෙ thinking ability + hard work වලට තමා මම හිතන්නෙ ගන්නවා ඇත්තෙ. ඔය company වලින් කරන වැඩ වලට analytical skill එක ටිකක් වැඩියෙන් ඕනා. කලින් මොරටුවෙන් ගත්ත අය හොඳට perform කරලා තිබීමත් ඒකට එක හේතුවක් මම හිතන්නෙ.

8000 වැඩ කරන කාලෙ පඩිය නෙමේනෙ training එකට දෙන allowance එකනෙ. ඒක ඉතින් කාටත් එකයි මොන company එකේ උනත් එකයි.

අපේ ටීම් එකේ මොරටුව, UCSC, NIBM තුන් දෙනෙක් ඉන්නවා. මම SLIIT. අපේ Tech Lead තව institute එකක. ඒ නිසා මම ඔය හැම එකම ගැන අත්දැකීමෙන්ම දන්නවා. ඇත්තම කිව්වොත් මොරටුවෙ එකාගෙ analytical skill එක සුපිරි. ටීම් එකේ අනිත් අයට වඩා වැඩි සැලරියක් පොරට හම්බවෙනවා. ඒකෙ අසාධාරණයකුත් නෑ ඉතින් වැඩ ගැන බැලුවම.

Trainee කෙනෙක්ට නම් අපේ දෙන්නෙත් 10000 තමයි.

Most importantly MIT and WSO2 don't have QA type of a job and as well they don't need just developers.. they need people to be made as solution architectures, consultants and BAs... For those you need people with good mathematics, analytical skills, quick learning skills and problem solving ability.

The students are selected from the merit list to the UoM and the best 100 out of them go to Electronics and next best 100 go to Computer science... therefore it is quite natural for someone to think those people are born with those talents.

True that private universities offer very competitive education compared to government unis... but you guys need to show to the industry that you 2 are talented as them... then they will pay you higher salaries and recruit for good positions.

Quite amazing offers virtusa has given this time.

are you sure about these salary scales of Mora grads @ virtusa? coz about 2 years back they gave only around half of these salaries..

Last year grads from UoM refused all the offers given by the virtusa since they did not give the salaries that they expected.. so very few joined the company... therefore this year they gave these extraordinary offers that no one can say "No" to..

Yes pal I am quite sure about these offers..just ask if u have friends out there...
