SLT is restricting my ADSL speed.

I have web family package which suppose to have max 8Mbps under 25 GB limit. how ever i found it is not exceeding 3.7Mbps at any given time. earlier times it hit around 7.2 - 7.3. This is when i have available limit too. i have several complaints and the last person checked from exchange has confirmed SLT has restricted my bandwidth. Since this is violating original agreement what legal actions that i can take against them?

Further please share your experience with SLT mega line regarding ADSL speeds and issues here.

they sometimes restrict the bandwidth when there is a fault in your line..
so make sure you haven't got any , keep trying don't give up until it get fixed..
you get nothing by posting in here..

Ya true.
They came, investigate and found nothing wrong in my end. it all waste of the time. . just find out who else in same boat. We are very unlcky , we dont have any challenging service provider to SLT.
