For this new, three-part documentary, we interviewed Leviathan, Striborg, and Xasthur, three solo artists who produce Black Metal on the margins of society. Here's part one of One Man Metal.

Thy Light is probably one of the best depressive black metal ..they need to release more stuff :) so is silencer..
forgotten tomb is probably the best example how katatonia influenced black metal bands..
dsbm cheers me up and empowers me in a strange way.

what are the good death metal bands these days? :) think I've only listened to a couple of well known bands..

I'd recommend you some doom for mood swings, though they are more addictive than anti depressants

If you really wanna come drop me a pm, we can enjoy some good metal over a KG joint

btw, this is some good doom when you are depressed...incredibly depressive but gets your serotonin level high at the same time.
