Even with dynamic IP , still server kicks me out.

I dont know why, but i have this steam ID. I think this is the way how server knows i am the same person. So please unban this

AGAIN admin banned me. This time from server 2. 5:20 pm
Why? I need an explanation.
I only told admin not to put nuke (because for 8 hours that stupid map we played in the morning)
But admin put nuke.

When playing...i killed admin...then 1.5 sec after ....
Kicked: Kicked & Banned.

For the record I was not WALLING but I dont why i was kicked and banned. Some fellows were saying that someone was walling - I didn't know they were talking of me - and I wasn't really walling also (Promise on God). I think its the way I play.
I was going to go up ladder but waited for 2 sec because a team mate was shooting from ct base up. When i went up ladder halfway, team mate dissapeared from radar (he was killed). When i reached up, I heard a thud. Someone had jumped down to terra bombsite. But i wanted to make sure that no one was there the otherside, i went and looked down from the door, suddenly a Ct appeared..I shot at head...and killed him. (Ct was a guy called "lol". But in the bombsite the radar showed no t so I was sure a ct had just jumped. I crouched and slowly moved to bombsite revealing it slowly by slowly. Then i see admin called "Chutta noob". (when crosshair went over him , his name came) He was running other direction. I shot but misaimed badly, bullets went all over but he died. 1.5 sec....i am banned. I was WTF
