Kapruka Global Shop is a Scam ?

Same experience men .....
I ordered a laptop from bestbuy through kapruka , the total cost was 125k , I paid 50k as advance .... Said that they will get it within 15 business days, so I was like waiting waiting ....calling the hotline... and the worst case scenario is those buggers are lying about it ....one of them said its in Katunayaka, we will be clearing it out tomorrow ....and the week after that the bugger said its still in US .....anywho the time went by and they refunded in full after 2 months ......... *THE WORST SERVICE EVER*
They said they dont know what has happened to the item ........ epic excuses men -_-


Anyway its nt a scam , the only problem is their service -_____-

Lol! Ya. Those girls in CC think we are idiots. Once they told me Sri Lankan customs are clearing items only twice per month . and my item is in the custom. But actually my item was at the USA Kapruka warehouse at that time and haven't shipped to SL.

Ya, When shipping and tax added it will come to Sri Lankan price. But item i was looking for couldn't find in here. So i had to order.

If I recall there is a guy called anzhar , whenever you call the hotline, ask whether he is there , he is better than other people at least to some extent

I called their USA number. they said warehouse havent received the item, that is what causing the delay. then I said after 3 week you havent received the item to your USA warehouse how that is possible.then he told me to contact sri lanka office. wtf, I told him i already contacted them, and then the usa guy disconnected the line. I think his name is harshana.

Oh, Ask them to provide the order receipt. If they say it was problem with US site, you can mail them directly and get information.

item is from amazon. Does kapruka give order receipts? can I get it from their shop?

Aiyoo! never trust Sri Lankan services Previously i reshipped laptop from http://www.comgateway.com/ and had no issues.
