Will you stop lying again ? It was not slow clearing. Guys at Kapruka Shipping Branch (Dallas-TX) having documentation issue. Shipment was rejected. 
it's a littany of lies now i understand. they refused to buy my tools alleging security reasons. but there's no rule governing or prohibiting such tools either in texas or in sri lanka. only a very few states in the US have restrictions, but that too is not serious. the mere reason was that the tools cost only few dollars and they have no considerable profit.
but i feel lucky not having given them money, and i got them from china
within just 5 days 
ammo mun loka horu ne. No point blaming customer care guys, they're doing their job to get paid. Have to blame the CEO and the management for this new boru system. it's a complete failure. They have to stop this soon, or will lose full reputation of the company, after the alcohol selling issue too.

They should aware of whats going in the company. My item was delayed due to mistakes happen at US branch but they didn't know it. Whenever i call they just say some lie and hang phone.
CEO will always try to get profits and won't interact with customers. But anyway in my case, he talked to me and looked into the issue personally.
they havent updated their data base it seems kukuloh. checked for a laptop and what i find is dutugemunu era shit for very high prices. archaeological value maybe
