Hmm. Customer care means they should care about customers right ?

They should aware of whats going in the company. My item was delayed due to mistakes happen at US branch but they didn't know it. Whenever i call they just say some lie and hang phone.

CEO will always try to get profits and won't interact with customers. But anyway in my case, he talked to me and looked into the issue personally.

agreed but they lie coz they have no other option, if not it's there job on the line lol

The fault is there global shop system. It's new to them, so they're learning now that it's not a easy thing to do.
