As brief this is what was happen. This might be useful if you planing to get something from Kapruka.
I made this order on August 5th. Since i wanted it soon as possible i asked their agents to select 2nd shipping method. It cost me bit extra as well. I'v been waited patiently about a month. After a month, i called their agents they said that "your item is still at customs and will get it soon". When its getting late I directly contact their CEO, Mr. Dulith.
This is his words -
First mistake they did was shipping to a wrong location at USA. As they told same mistakes happen twice. So initially my shipment got late because of that.
On 16th September (after one month and 10 days) they sent it to Sri lanka via DHL. But because of their 3rd mistake it was rejected and sent back (told it was a document issue).
Then again on 26th (after one month and 20 days) they sent it. This shipment also delayed as it sent through wrong route by DHL.
On October 4th it arrived Sri Lanka. They took 7 days to prepare import documents and cleared on 11th October. Finally i was thinking that i could able to get it today. So i called their customer care but did not answer. Then i contacted their marketing manager and asked for a update ...

So that's my story. You guys can decide whether going for Kapruka.
