This warranty agreement DOES NOT cover Onsite Service which means we DO NOT visit your premises for service, repair, software support or any other problem.

During the effective period of Warranty Agreement, Two (02) services will be carried out after every six (06) Month for the smooth functioning of the Notebook. For the service of notebook, customer must carry notebook for our service center.
