Yeah. These buggers very hardly answer the phone. After calling around 10-15 times in 4 days in a row they answered my call only twice.
And even when they answered, the girls answered the phone were telling me "sorry sir, the order has been put by her colleague who went out for a while and cannot check the order status."
The funny thing being, during the first call the order was placed by a female and next time by their manager who is a male.
Stupid liar. They tell what ever comes to their mouth.
Even if its true, they don't have the courtesy to call back and inform the status.
What they don't understand is their business depends on the customer goodwill and once its gone their whole business model would collapse in no time.

nope.. said they received 2 shipments & 1 was cleared & the second one will be cleared on Wednesday..I said to them, If I dont get my item by Thursday I will be coming to collect my Refund.. Will keep u updated
Yeah. If they asking for it, we can do something on that. Can't let customers get cheated like this. I have given them bit more time if my item was mistakenly put in other shipment. But still no reply from them. I will go and get the refund this week.
They should understand this business is depends on customer's satisfaction and trust. CEO have seen this thread and talked to me like i did the wrong here. All I said was true. They are the ones who should apologize me and correct the mistake.
