    Ya, As far as i know many (or all) orders delayed (or lost) like this.

    After two and half months I got my refund without any problems. Not sure about others.

    මම අද මුන්ගෙන් Refund ඉල්ලුව.. කතා කරපු එකා කියනවා Deadline දීල තියෙන්නේ november 1st ලු.. එදාට කලින් දෙන්න බැරි උනොතින් Refund කරන්නම්ලු.. :growl::growl: තවම ලංකාවට Shipping වත් කරලා නැති එකක් මුන් දවස් දෙකෙන් කොහොම දෙයිද? :lol::lol: මාසයකටත් වඩා ගිය Item එකක් මුන් දවස් දෙකෙන් ගෙනල්ල දෙයි කියල හිතන්න මම පිස්සෙක් කියලද දන්නේ CS එකේ උන් හිතන්නේ :frown::frown: අනේ මන්ද මුන් තාමත් බොරු කියනවනේ :growl::growl:

    Their refund policy is as same as their shipping it seems..

    Absal one of their manages assured me that he will personally look in to refunding my money back to my webcard on the 23rd. Sine it was more than a week, When I called yesterday only I learnt that they havent done it or followed it up or even know about it & that Absal guy was no longer even working for them.. :oo:..seems that he had quite last week :baffled:

    Gave some manger an earful & finally received an "on the spot refund" :P.. also received a mail later that they had refunded the full amount..might take another 2 days for it to appear in my card tho :dull:

    So if they cant even followup or keep track of a simple re-fund..How the hell r they gonna even have an idea about your shipment ??? :angry:

    ONE OF THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING WEBSITES IN THE WORLD..let alone in Sri Lanka :yes:

    What a pathetic bunch of noobish, unproffesional & shameful set of jokers :angry:

    Sorry it took so long to get to you. Got a message from our CEO we can give the laptop at cost price with no Kapruka fees. Will message you the details.

    Hmm. As i remember the price you sent is the one in initial quotation. That included 7% Kapruka fee. So, No price reduction is given ?
