C++ is not used for that purpose. nevertheless if you want you can implement that too. but that is what I meant by pain in the ass. but for that purpose php is very handy. for a personal web site, small shop php is ideal.
So my point being here is all the languages have their own advantages. respect them. that is the point of my response but you talk about one single statement in that.

there are some libraries which can be used. I'm not very sure about QT. but yes WT is very good lib for creating web projects. but still harder than ASP, java or php.
