Yes machan...there won't be any benefit if you have USD..since bank apply the Buying rate not the selling Rate

Let's say; GP1 - 15 KMPL & GP5 -34 KMPL
If you Run 40 KM per day, per year 14,600 KM
If vehicle keep for 10 Yrs
Total cost for GP1 Fuel @ 163 per Ltr - 1,586,533
Total Cost for GP1 Fuel @ 163 per Ltr- 699,941
Total Cost saving 886,582

When you buy the vehicle you have to pay almost 1mn more. (In this calculation I have ignored the loss of interest income & inflation/Increase of Fuel cost, assuming net effect will be zero)
In this scenario, If you have to pay 1mn more to buy GP5, it will not be benefited unless you think about the design/fun driving a 1500cc etc
But if somebody running more Km's (say 80-100 km per day) I think better to go for GP5
