    මමත් bodybuilding වලට වඩා FITNESS වලට තම කැමති. දිගටම කරන්න කැමති උනත් මචන් කාලයක් කරනවා ඊට පස්සේ අත්හරිනවා. මේ පාරවත් දිගටම කන්න ඕනේ. පට්ටම FITNESS ගැන ebook තියනවනම් එවනවද?
