In Premadasa time, when garment factories which generates thousands of jobs are opened, the opposition said "suddanta jangi mahanawa" (Anura Bandaranayaka). This kind of mentality is bad. Whatever the government, proper foreign investments are welcome as they bring capital and jobs.
In any investment, there are goods and bad things. e.g investors want huge profit. But on the other hand, there are direct and indirect jobs generated which the country desperately needs at this stage.
I think government is now in right direction. Apart from the hambanthota port and mathala airport, other works are good.
The corruption should be minimized. However whatever the government, the corruption is there. History proved many times.
