yes you can buy GTA V PC copy for 28USD. it's not for steam. key is for Social club.

there's no difference between steam one and SC one. even if you buy the game on steam, u need social club to run it. because SC is the official client for rockstar games. as uplay for ubisoft games and Origin for EA games.

GTA V price in brazil is about 30$ (brazil steam store/other brazil sites etc). but we can't buy th steam version from brazil steam store as now all the games n steam stores are region locked.

but the SC keys aren't locked. all of em are region free.

you can buy GTA V for 28$-29$ from nuuvem. which is a brazil site.so u need to use a vpn to buy from them. you dont need vpn to activate or play the game.

use HOLA VPN addon for chrome. if you getting an error at check out page, then try again with vpn country set to argentina. that seems to fix the error for some.

more than 20 fellow sri lankan players bought from nuuvem.and I've been buying from em for more than a year now..

*and if u going to use backup files from someone, then you need to get it from someone who downloaded the SC version. because Steam Pre load is encrypted till the release and you can't use that with SC version.
