gtx 970 is a great card. but TBH machan r9 390 is bit better in performance wise and cheaper than the 970. both of them are solid.

But i saw so many benchmarks and reviews saying 970 is better than 390 .
but Witcher 3, GTA V, Batman AK, Farcry 4 having more FPS in 970. i know nvidia is the sponsor for all above games but what is the point, having a GPU without high FPS in most games correct me if i'm wrong

Most people speculate that it has something to do with driver maturity since 390 is very new, AMD did not had a chance to optimize their drivers for those games.

and let's not talk about Batman AK

BTW 970 is a excellent choice as well
