Eka lesiyen ganna puluwanda ehema wistarayak?

depends, except for some specific titles, there is pretty much no such thing as good job market, specially when you are an migrant who is seeking for jobs.

but having sad that, one thing I can say is that QS is something useful and jobs are there if you want to no matter which country you go to.Its not a dead field which is something impossible to find a job. So is here.So if he is eligible to migrate, then say yes go for it.If he is lucky enough and qualified enough he might get a good job soon. again depends on so many factors, but he can eventually get there if he is willing to.Good luck for your brother!
