what he mean is to get in to a graduate role you have to be a recent graduate, like graduated in past 2 years. if not you'll have to apply for senior roles which requires 'proper experience' if you are applying for a proper job. That means working for a relevant company in your relevant field for long term.that would help more than working for so many places short term basis.coz working short term basis will look like you can't hold in to a single job for long term which is not good :dull: It seems you are not under either of these categories :dull:

I suggest try to get in to ANY job related to your field regardless of the company or the salary and try to stay in the job for long term at least 2 years, then apply for a better job you'll have better luck :) If not the next problem you are gong to face is the 'age barrier' which cannot be helped no matter what :dull: if that happens you are pretty much F'ed so work hard and work fast :)

Machan umba mehe study karada ? nethnam kelinma PR eka aran da ave ? if you say yes to the latter, just keep in mind that people who graduate from SL unis sometime does not have the required competitive advantages as opposed to people who have studied here.( some times only ).

1) Get a professional to have a look at your resume and correct. ( there are people who specialize in that.

2) try enrolling for a professional qualification course such as CPA ( if you already do not have )

3) Try moving to a state where the demand is there. ( Melbourne is not Australia . There are other states too :P )

4)Create and update your Linkdin profile !

5)Speak to Job agents .

Good Luck !
