My grand pops use it since 2014 (not the indian sandhi sudha, Sri Lankan one which is only available in Harcross pharmacy). He has osteoarthritis in his both knees He couldn't even climb two stares, doctor(Dr Ananda Perera) recommended knee surgery..He was afraid of going through the surgery so we tried sinhala beheth for about 3 months and he stooped his pain killers (sinhala wedha mahattaya told him), and he was screaming in pain.
. It didn't show good results, that's when we start taking Sandhi sudha. It was amazing! Before applying it warm up the joint with a hot water bottle for about 20 minutes will give the best results. When you apply it make sure you do it in a proper massaging way about 10 minutes. Don't do it wrong you'll mess up the good part of the cartilage by doing so. So either get someone to do it(We paid the massage guy at the wisnhala wedamahattaya to come in every evening and do this)

I'm telling you with proof that Sandhi Sudha is infact working for people with joint pain. Oh and now he only take carticare, omega3, he never even by diclofenac ..
