This card has appeared online and it seems to suggest the game is releasing May 17 in the US. A picture of the card was sent to XboxAchievements earlier, and it shows the date in two different places

Mafia 3 listed for April 26 release by AmazonAmazon, Best Buy and GameStop may have outed the release date for Mafia 3 as each have it slated for an April release.According to an image taken at a Best Buy store and sent to IGN, the game is available for pre-order with a release date set for April 26.
The pre-order pages on Amazon and GameStop list April 26 as well. We took a screengrabs of the pages just in case the date is removed.When contacted for comment, 2K Games told IGN Mafia 3 was slated for release in calendar 2016 during Take-Two’s “fiscal year 2017.”
“No official release date has been announced at this time. It is common practice for retailers to list placeholder dates before an official release date has been announced,” read the statement.
If April 26 is a placeholder date, then all three retailers are on the same page. Plus, Take-Two’s FY17 begins on April 1. Take that however you wish.
Mafia 3 will be released on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

3DM forum founder Bird Sister said in a blog post that efforts to crack the Denuvo anti-tempering measures for Avalanche's open-world game Just Cause 3 have so far proven unsuccessful. Though 3DM thinks the game can eventually be cracked, the group is not optimistic for the future.
"I still believe that this game can be compromised," Bird Sister said in the blog post (via TorrentFreak). "But according to current trends in the development of encryption technology, in two years time I'm afraid there will be no free games to play in the world."
Kotaku reports that Deuvo is also used for games like Batman: Arkham Knight, Mad Max, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, and Rise of the Tomb Raider.

Pirates are finding it harder to crack new PC games
Pirates at the infamous Chinese hacking forum 3DM are complaining that recent PC games are simply too darn hard to crack, according to Torrent Freak. The problem is apparently Denuvo, a copy protection scheme that prevents tampering of the underlying DRM. Two recent games that use the scheme, FIFA 16 and Just Cause 3, have still not been cracked, despite appearing in early December. Based on the current pace of encryption tech, "in two years time I'm afraid there will be no free games to play in the world," said one forlorn pirate.
While hackers from 3DM did break an early Denuvo-locked title, Dragon Age: Inquisition, the tech has been improved over the intervening year. It's nearly unheard of for PC games to remain uncracked for more than a few weeks -- often, they're broken before they even go on sale. If the recent Denuvo games remain locked for much longer, pirates may give up and either buy them on Steam or Origin or move on to something else. Suffice to say, the gaming industry will be keeping a close eye on what happens.
