Why did you leave the last 2 jobs ? im sure you new potential employer is worried about that ! if they say that " we will call you later" you should know that job is not yours machan.

For the first job I was committed for a 6month contract period.So I had to leave it after the contract period is over.And on the second job which I worked for like an year on an administrative assistance basis.I left it due to some working environment issues & I was dissatisfied with my salary there!!

ela ! do you talk about the previous places with your prospective employer ? are you doing any studies at the moment ?

yep I talked bout them briefly with the employers!!
there didn't seem to be any specific concern of them bout those places and the way I worked there.Except the way that I would be willing to work on the current place....

Nope Im not involved with any study programs currently.
And actually one of the employers in a different interview even told me that Im suitable for that position and he also gave an overall score of 75% for me.So I kept hope for that job coz it seemed to be like a real good opportunity for me to grow.So its been like 4weeks now but he has not given me any feedback on the job yet.Also I called him last week after two weeks after the interview.then he told me that they haven't selected anyone yet & he'll give me a soon feedback on the job status but its been a week but I haven't been called as of yet.It seemed to be like a very promising chance actually even the salary was above par for a trainee level job.Though it was a very little place with like only 6 or 7 employees........

May be its the way you face the interview , or your qualification ( Over or under qualified for the job ) , maybe they have already selected a candidate from inside and just advertising to make it legit. trust me you should never go with interviewers feedback in a country like SL. I have heard that RR Donnely is a ok place to work. They were going at it few years back then scaled down and maybe again growing ! Keep in mind that you have to sync with your clients times if you are working for an outsourcing company like this. I have not worked for them but I have worked at HDPL for 8 years.

This is the bitter truth ! but honestly it's not the Job you hate ! its the people ....

May be its the way you face the interview , or your qualification ( Over or under qualified for the job ) , maybe they have already selected a candidate from inside and just advertising to make it legit. trust me you should never go with interviewers feedback in a country like SL. I have heard that RR Donnely is a ok place to work. They were going at it few years back then scaled down and maybe again growing ! Keep in mind that you have to sync with your clients times if you are working for an outsourcing company like this. I have not worked for them but I have worked at HDPL for 8 years.

Thanx for the info bro.But I don't see any issue with the way Im facing an interview.I always try to be as calm and collected as I can be while in an interview.It would be a shame if they had to eat up so much of time & money of some innocent bystanders if that is the case though.But Im dissapointed with this whole thing anyway.And Im even reluctant to go for interviews now due to these concerns.So would it be ok to ask from them whether we r selected for a job like regularly until we get the ultimate answer & why can't they say that we aren't selected for that job straight up??
