I saw dialog got 6.4Tbps fiber submarine cable. I'n my experience dialog is the solution. I used 3 fixed broadband networks. service time
if got problem with connection
SLT takes 2 days minimum.
Dialog LTE within 1 day.
Lankabell LTE takes 5 days. may be 1 week
if got problem with connection

Just my 2 Cents
few parameters as per my understanding you need to check before you go with a 4G provider:
Coverage : As per this Dialog has the better 4G coverage over 50% (population) and also rapidly expanding their service to outer areas as well.
Experience :
Speed : better than both SLT and Lanka Bell ; guaranteed 4Mbps but Most areas over 10Mbps Average , I think they are upgrading their network /expanding. Cuz I got only 11Mbps on AVG , but now I'm getting 20+Mbps.
(comparativlily Lanakbell is giving snail phase - its like 7.2 dongle ,
Ping /Latency - minimum ,even good for low latency Gaming as well .

Service - is much better than SLT and LB , only problem is the Call Centre ,some time you need to hang over 10 mins to get an agent.

I too can confirm this. Ping for SEA dota servers is about 80 for me for EU it's about 160. I have both SLT and dialog. But SLT is shit.
