Why have you added Engineers to almost every field to vote? Surely they don't know everything like everybody else. Same goes for Doctors too. No need for them to used for the Highway project. And for changing sport policies? Why the hell Engineer and doctor needs to vote for that too? And your point allocation is also highly variable Engineers and Doctors get phenomenal point rate comparing with other people. There is no justification to elevate Engineers and Doctors above others in a society. Everyone is doing a vital service to the society. No one is above or below.

Besides that there's only about 10-20 of Sri Lankan population are connected to WWW. It's not democratic to let roughly 15% of the population to take decisions affecting all of the population.

The reason for the establishment of the Parliament is because everyone cannot participate in the governing process. That's why people choose their own representatives to the parliament.
