Not Charging after iOS10 upgrade..

I have an iPAD 4, and recently i upgraded to iOS 10.1, Now when i plug my charger it doesnt detect it, so no charging(I'm using my original adapter which worked well before), I tried another adapter,but still the same,
and I tried downgrading in to iOS 9 again, but Apple has Stopped Signing to iOS 9 for iPAD 4 onwards, even for the last iOS 9 upgrade, (9.3.5)..
Please any one know a solution comment here, Need your help,, Thanks,,,
